2. Codes - The code to your safe can be programmed by you. Ask one of the staff if you need help.
3. Check in and out times: 11:00 Check out and 3:00 pm Check in. No vistors after 11 pm.
4. Air Conditioning – If you leave the room for the day or are coming up to spend time in the common area, please turn off the AC. If you are running the AC please make sure doors and windows are closed so the hot air can’t get in.
6. Maid Service – The maid will clean your room every 3 days, if you require more towels or toilet paper, please ask. If you require more cleaning just let us know.
7. Common Area – Feel free to use every part of our common area, palapa, outdoor shower, bathroom and sun tanning loungers. There’s a half bathroom at the bottom of the stairs leading to the palapa. If you would like to keep drinks in the fridge in our communal fridge, feel free to use it as much as you like.
8. Pool Stuff – PLEASE use plastic cups from your room for drinks at the pool. No food in the pool please. PLEASE SHOWER before getting in the pool if you have sunscreen on. TY. PLEASE use the rugs and dry off when you get out. We provide pool towels when you check in. When you check out PLEASE hand them back to one of our staff. We try and focus on the highest quality as much as possible so if you lose a towel we will have to charge you $25 usd.
9. Water – We truck in water and use a bio digester for septic so please be aware of water use. Things like only flushing toilet when it is really necessary can make a HUGE difference in water use and septic output. Water is like gold in our area. We really focus on conservation. Thank you!
10. Toilet Paper – We have bidets to wash before you wipe so that we use less toilet paper, thus less trash and better for our septic system. You can freely flush toilet paper. PLEASE don’t flush anything other than toilet paper.
11. Make up Wipes – These are provided to remove makeup and save our face clothes.
12. Quiet Time – We like to keep the music reasonable after 11 pm to respect other questsnand our neighbours. Ask us about our Sonos system. KThe pool and common area can be used at any time. No visitors after 11 pm.
13. Ants – Be aware that you are in the jungle so if you leave food out or drop it on the floor, ants will arrive shortly and can swarm fast. We have provided plastic containers and ant spray just in case.
14. Foot Wash – There is a shower outside of the house, PLEASE wash off sand before entering the house or your room.
15. Smoking – Smoking is permitted on your private deck or in the parking lot, not in the rooms thank you. Ashtrays are available but if you need one, please ask one of our staff. Please be mindful of other guests when you choose to smoke. We personally don’t love it unless it’s the fun kind (:
16. Dogs - we permit dogs with a deposit upon request and depending on the size. Please don’t just show up with a dog without telling us in advance.
17. PLEASE be respectful of our neighbors and the locals. This is their land and we are thankful to share it with them.
